I spoke with Pastor Battle and let him know of the money involved with the stained glass windows and that we wouldnt be able to afford the restoration and removal, let alone being able to buy them from the church. He was going to see if he could find someone cheaper so that they could take the windows to the new church theyre planning. I found out that there are still two windows behind the altar. They were not removed as I had thought, but bricked in from the outside, and plastered over on the inside. I told him we were VERY interested in those. I also got a call from the daughter of a current parishioner thats interested in the windows of the front doors, as well as the window in the altar boys sacristy. I told him the two doors to the upper part of the church were being considered for purchase, too.
