I stared in your eyes & coulda sworn I saw me complete for the first time ever....sipped from your lips & tasted the fullness of you...wanted to kiss you until I was drunk...was willing to consume your liquid love until it released itself through my pores, leaving your scent lingering in the air long after youd left the room...please dont go too soon...my eyes & my heart arent ready to say goodbye...hello still lingers on the tip of my tongue...if the newness of what were doing were fluid wed drown in a sea of our casual pleasantries...cant you see what you do to me?....please tell me youre aware...my vulnerabilities are seeping out of me please tell me that you care...look me in my eyes & without words ask me to share...& Ill pour my love in a cup allowing you to consume what Ive kept hidden...feed you fruit that to others was forbidden...erase my past & take on your traditions... Break rules w/o anyones permission....I touched you & felt the heat you emitted as my soul was set on fire....ran my hands over your body until my palm rested on your chest & I got lost....fingertips lingered over your heart as each beat played the cadence of its desires....& I aspired to sing the lyrics of mine....decorating these four walls with a song & dance only its eyes & ears could bare witness...our secret would be safe, I promise Id never tell...unless you want me to...I cant help wanting you...& if Im honest I havent tried.
