I strongly disagree with this suggestion by Mr. Somrith Som. Regardless of her credential, nepotism is morally unethical and it is bad for morale within the government organization. No matter what the justification is given, nepotism is bad. It is as bad as hypocracy is wrong. Also, I think family member from both party should be excluded to avoid unconditional favoritism.
