I swear that in many ways it is easier to photograph raptors than small warblers that absolutely do not cooperate when youre swinging a 600mm lens around trying to focus on one spot where they happen to be at the moment...next moment (after you have the camera lens focused) theyre gone. Today at Rock Cut State Park I found a tree that had 4 species of warbler and I tried to get each of them. Each had its own challenge as they dont come out and sit on a branch nicely for you to snap their picture. And when you do get one out in the open, theres always that one leaf or branch that just has to impede a clear shot. Now Im not complaining...just saying that warblers (and I love them) can be a major pain in the...well you get the idea.
