I swear today was the meanest wake up call. Looking around in this new environment, With new surroundings. And new teachers. I have grown up. I have finished high school. AUT is now my new priority. Feels so unreal. Yesterday, This man asked a question what is success to you? i thought about it and said to myself seeing my grandmother sit at my graduation crying knowing that her granddaughter succeeded through uni and to show that certificate to my grandpa looking down crying from heaven i got teary because ive never seen my grandparents at any of my graduations. Nor did i realise that the decisions i make now will determine my future. And by this i mean habit changes. No more last minutes or slacking off. I have to adapt to my new life and learn to be more independent instead of counting on others. MEET IT OR BEAT IT a motto Ive used as a motivation from my AUT group, i could choose to MEET these standards or BEAT them to a higher potential.
