I think a woman has every right to seek equal pay and employment and opportunity in the workplace. I also think they have every right to stay home and raise children. No matter what choice they make, they are playing an integral role in the development of themselves, and whatever definition if family they have chosen. One decision is not better than the other. In the same breath, I dont want to hear from ultra feminists who berate stay at home mothers, and I dont want to hear from stay at home mothers who believe that is the sole purpose of a woman. Both sides should shut up. Were all people who have complex emotions and complex relationship structures within our lives. Its our choice how we handle them. The details are unimportant. The only thing that matters is that we form a loving bond with those around us, and all carve out our niches that allow is to show love and compassion for others.
