I think every Christian who goes through real fasting; definitely, he/she will think of the poor and feel how much they endure. Most people who send their aid are either true believers, or people who were poor and feel with the poor. In addition, there are people who have the benefit to show off. They dont recognize that whatever they have was a gift from the Lord; their closed minds make them believe that they are exceptional.
