I think in Easter we must not conflate the narrative as if the death and resurrection of Christ are two connected events, but rather quite simply are two entirely separate events of subjectivity that arise simultaneously. At the same moment one might lose themselves, the very loss is itself a again. The annihilation of the ego (Spielrein) inaugurates within itself the resurrection of the subject beyond the ego. The miraculous event itsel traumatic. Think of the moment when Christ is seen resurrected, it is both a moment of belief and disbelief for those who experienced it. It was both dark and light mixing. Good and evil as one. The power of resurrection is also in one sense the form of the unconscious being exhumed from the depths being brought to the surface. They are events without contingency. Accidents waiting to happen. The subject is a series of accidents waiting to happen.
