I was amused when I heard that some people thought I had a financial stake in the movie.....Once upon a time there was a Kallan .......No I dont .....I am just a paid actor ...I can understand why people think that way ....its not a take your pay and run away film for me ....for me it was a miracle that at this age I would ever get a role like Ousepechan ....and that to as a 100th film ....for me Thakara and Ousepachan are roles which I gave my whole soul and pardon the French pole ....Thakara was a cakewalk compared to Ousepechan ...with all the prosthetics the heat and the challenge to create a character where u dont see the actor and only the character was daunting ...challenging and draining ...but at the end I knew I had given it my 100 percent ...and that is reward enough for me ....that I gave it my all and did it my way ......since I am not a commercially viable star ...the only thing I can do is promote it with the help of friends .....this is a small film with a big heart ...so please pray that the force be with us
