I was at CLARK AB in PI right before they shut it down...the PI got lucky that place gave them lots of FREE BUILDINGS and they complained they left toxic waste..THE PI IS TOXIC WASTE...poorest place NEXT TO MEXICO I have ever experienced..kids NAKED playing in sewage ditches with old food cans..it was god awful when you got away from the cities....I went to a sugar plantation they had machine guns everywhere and I rode a Jeepney to the sugar plantation the people were so nice they brought out a bench and put a BOOM BOX attached to a car battery to play me music I gave some money to the kids to get everyone candy and drinks at some shack where they sold treats...the poorest people on earth but so hospitable I went back to GUAM and shipped SO MANY BOXES of clothing toys books etc to the people in that place that the USPS Investigated me they thought I was black marketing stuff from the BX on base..NOPE I volunteered at the BASE THRIFT STORE so I could get items for .10 each and I would send boxes to the PI to that village..I can not remember the name of the village it was about an hour away from CLARK AB some sugar plantation where EVERYONE had machine guns..I was later told the place was off limits to AMERICANS..DUH ON ME only white woman in 100 miles walking around by myself..I HAVE NO FEAR lol
