I was at Crystal Nail on W Florissant just leaving the Jennings Jamboree. While inside, I heard all kinds of sirens and comotion. Some ladies in the shop started saying someone was shot and dead in the street just a block down at the apartment complex. They said people were starting to riot because it was police shooting. As I exited; Pine Lawn, Hillsdale, St. Louis County, Richmond Heights and unmarked police vehicles rushed through the traffic on W.Florissant. Keep in mind in the same plaza I was in but closer to the incident, there was some kind of Back to school jam or party with a Bounce House and young kids and families witnessing all of this. Its So Sad. Im praying for the family. ..and counting the days til I send my own son 800 miles away from here back to school. And keeping a very close eye on my baby boy. My kids have to survive these St. Louis streets!
