I was involved in the production of a two day summit and gala with some of the brightest futurists from 40 countries covering the cross pollination of technology and medicine, policy, politics, science, education, environment, entertainment, social issues and robotics. I realized that the $26 million I raised was such a tiny feat in comparison to what needs to be accomplished in order for the human race to survive and thrive. There is so much to do and there are so many advancements being made and yet only a tiny fraction of the population is aware of it and involved in the progress. I was inspired, enlightened and was moved by three speeches and segments from three sources who couldn’t have been more different - Jane Goodall, LaVar Burton and the Ambassador to India who is so very kind and grateful – Remarkable work, remarkable touching speakers.
