I was just going through some of the medical reports that were issued by Dr.Thomas J. Phillips, the Ortho surgeon who maimed me on 3 separate occasions. His report states that I said that I had shortness of breath and heart palpitations. For the record, any breathing issues that I had were due to my asthma. In fact, I dont recall having any shortness of breath back then. As long as I took my inhaler, I was fine. I have never had heart palpitations and I dont know what that is. I guess his documenting that is part of falsifying my medical records. The 3rd epidural, being brutally forced under anesthesia, maimed, has been traumatic and is still such a shocking experience! Because of the terrible things that have been done to my body to create pain and suffering, I assume that they have also harmed my heart as well. It would make sense since even the cardiologist that I went to after the 3rd epidural due to dizziness and light headedness, positional vertigo for 7 plus months, marked in his report that I was morbidly obese. I am not morbidly obese. I am obese, 50 pounds is not morbidly obese. They are trying to show a history of heart problems and are tying that in with what they must have done to me during the epidurals wherein I was not permitted to remain awake even after my advance directives and insistence. I believe that I am right when I say, I think they are trying to kill me and make it look like a natural cause of death. I wouldnt put is past my former employer, Darryl C. Preedge, to have arranged and participated in some way some, the crimes that have been set out against me. The HR Manager, Claudia Nelson, COO OF Metropolitan Home Mortgage, did, in writing, inform the insurance carrier that I was not hurt at work, by saying, that I said it was not a work related injury. THAT IS A FLAT OUT LIE! I am told that many employers lie about employees who are hurt at work. The attorney who was present at the deposition said to me after I said, I couldnt believe that they would lie about such a thing, He said, Do you think your employer is the first employer to ever lie? These people are criminals. That they would prolifically harm and maim a woman who was simply injured at work and seeking treatment. I cant get treatment or any studies done to check my entire person for the harm that has come to me. Not through the WC system, not through the medi-care system, not even through law enforcement. I would imagine that the defense knew all of this in advance. Every day I suffer pain all over my person from what they did to me. Im an American and I cant get proper medical help or studies. How can this be America if its own people are of less value than people who come here from other countries?
