I was just going to steep some more green tea for my jun scoby when I realized I only had two more plain green tea packets left.. I have this organic green tea ginger on hand, do u think it would be ok? Blackberry leaf and ginger rhizome are the other ingredients listed. Could it harm the Scoby? Also, Ive just started making jun recently and have only done 3 batches so I now have 4 scobys.. So am I suppose to only use one for each batch and how exactly do u store the others? Ive seen the scoby hotels, but do u refrigerate them or keep them out? Do you have to keep feeding them or keep them in finished jun? Thanks!
