I was nominated by Mary Norkol to list 10 books that have impacted my life! These arent in any order. 1. Red Scarf Girl by Ji-Li Jiang This is one of the only memoirs Ive ever enjoyed. I remember being emotional over this book for a week after I had finished it. 2. The Fault In Our Stars by John Green Dont even talk to me about this book because it was an emotional roller coaster. 3. Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck This book is my go to book project book. Its also a favorite because of the characters and their relationships with one another. Also another tear jerker. 4. The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton I remember reading this out loud with one of my best friends and I loved it. I also love her if shes reading this lol 5. The entire Junie B. Jones series by Barbara Parks My mom read all of them out loud to Tana and I, and shes been known to even dress up like Junie. 6. Susies Sun Signs by Susie Cox This book is just about astrological signs and I reference it a lot. 7. The thesaurus Big shoutout to the book thats saved my essays from being completely awful. 8. Confetti Girl by Diana Lopez This isnt necessarily a special book, but I read it at an important part of my life. 9. Star in the Storm by Joan Hiatt Harlow The story is about a Newfoundland dog and a girl, and I remember finding it very relatable. 10. The Twilight Series Im not proud of this. The series meant a lot to me though because my lovely sister read it out loud to me. The whole entire series. So round of applause for her. I did it! So now I will be nominating my whole family to share their favorites/most influential as well.
