I was reading a message from my friend Cecil Todd and quote from his sermon How to whip the devil and keep going for God. If you are living for God and especially if you are on the front lines for Him as a successful soul winner for Jesus Christ, the Devil will try harder than ever to stop you! He will throw everything at you including the kitchen sink. He will use anyone he can, even good people, to get you... even those you thought were your friends..even your brothers and sisters in Christ!..Satan will use even your own family members whom you love, to attack you, if he can! Jesus said, Think not that I am come to send peace on the earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law. And a mans foes shall be they of his own household. (Matt.10:34-36) You can be sure the Devil is out to get all of Gods men or Gods women and he will stop at nothing to do it! Brother, you are right on target.
