I was watching Larry Kudlow of CNBC who seems to think that the "Sequester" will have not effect on the economy. I was compelled to send him the following email. Larry: For people who claim to have college degrees in economics and business, I am always amazed at your short sightedness. It often makes me wonder if you all got your degrees from a Cracker-Jacks box. Obviously there is no effect from the "Sequester", most people effected have just started to be furloughed, and you also have to ask yourself what do people do when they experience a layoff or cut-back. Obviously, you people have never experienced neither. Most people spend more money because they have to look for more work or other means to make up the difference. They buy things like books, resumes, travel, new clothes, etc. which shifts their spending and/or depletes their savings. Quite honestly, I would think of all people you would know that government workers have a hefty savings plan (more than the average private employee) which takes time to exhaust. By my calculations the effects of the "Sequester" will not be felt for another six to nine months, then the economy will most likely dip into another recession. Until then, I am enjoying the ride and will make lots of money off of idiots like you and your colleagues. Good Day my Friend. James Alan Cole
