I watch this video and my mind quickly surrender to a seizure of self-beating for feeling hopeless and helpless before the atrocities and violation of human rights, loss of life cruelty to children and society destruction in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Afghanistan and Palestine When Arabs me included lose their heads all hell doors break open. Sadly, they often are cool headed when they should hotly react like now in Gaza and over react such as the publication of a stupid book or a cartoon when they should calm down and reflect. It is distrustingly amazing how sectarian violence in Syria and Iraq is using the current massacre in Gaza as a propaganda to justify the crimes the side they support has and continue to commit (usually blindly and simply the side of the sect in which they have been born - so not by any logical rationale or justified reason). Lack of objectivity, independent critical analysis and affinity to justice has led to unprecedented waste of resources and self destruction of the Arab countries for the past millennia. A hope of a renaissance based on collective respect of human values, citizenship and collaboration is continuously being undermined by favouritism, chauvinistic sectarianism and tribal loyalties that transform Arab democracy into a glorified shape of dictatorship, revolutions into mob riots and terrorist atrocities and sport...namely football...into well, watch the video...
