I went to see my old PCP yesterday whom I havent seen since I started losing weight. I had to change her due to the change in my insurance but as of 01/01/15 I was able to return. She is the best doctor. She was so surprised and happy to see me but was even shocked to see the person that I have become. She didnt recognize me because of the 75 lbs that I have lost and she was so happy. I remember asking her for the assistance to lose weight and asked her for the Belviq but she wanted to give me the Qsymia. She had told me that I was going to have difficulty losing weight on my own due to my thyroid problems and that I need the medication to help assist my metabolism. That was the one of the best decisions in my life. That increased my self esteem as the weight and inches started to disappear. I started to work out and I noticed that I started looking good again to myself. I also owe this to a good friend of mine who looked at my clothing and shoes and hid my shoes. He told me that he has never seen me look that way that I did and with the weight that I was carrying. I have another 60 lbs to go and was having difficulty with the doctors prescribing the medication. She gladly sent the medication to Krogers with 3 refills and stated that she will continue to encourage me to lose the other 60. I dropped from a size 28-30 to a size 20. It has taken more than a year because I was off and on the medication due to surgeries and the doctors not wanting to reorder the medication. Hopefully by 2015, I will accomplish the last 60. To people who are looking for a new you, I can testify that it works. Good luck in your endeavors for 2015!!!!
