I will jail kuffour-Nana Addo Vow The thrice defeated presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Akufo-Addo has vowed to show former president Kufuor, if he becomes the president of Ghana. He said this when his supporters led by Eugene Ofori visited him at his Nima residence at Nima in Accra last Sunday. After his return from London, where he was advised by his doctors from engaging in active politics, the likes of Eugene Ofori and Hopeson Adorye Commander 1 wanted to see Nana Addo physically to ascertain whether he could withstand the 2016 electioneering campaign. Apart from the health issues, several questions were also posed to Nana Addo regarding the strategies towards Election 2016. Nana reiterated his usual commitment to win the next election. I cannot continue to keep the NPP in opposition. Eight years in opposition is enough for us. We must form the next government at all cost - Nana assured his supporters. He debunked the rumour that he went to London to seek medical attention. Nana once again directed his supporters and Ghanaians to find out from the Ghanaian women whether he was weak or not. Touching on Mahamas NDC administration, Nana Addo said Ghanaians deserved better than what Prez Mahama was giving them. He said nothing seems to work in this country, and it was high time Ghanaians voted the NDC out. He promised to improve the living standards of all Ghanaians when given the nod as the president. On his flag-ship policy of Free SHS, the serial loser said he was still committed to ensuring that, every Ghanaian child had access to free, and quality secondary education. Nana Addo said, he would use the oil revenue, and a substantial part of Ghanas Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to fund and sustain the programme. The most astonishing part of the interaction was Nana Addos take on corruption. He revealed that, inasmuch as he would enforce the rule of law to ensure that Alfred Woyome was jailed for many years, his main target was former president Kufuor. I will jail Kufuor even before I start jailing other NDC members. I have had sleepless nights ever since the Ghana Telecom was sold. I am also not happy with the way former prez Kufuor honoured the NDCs Candidate, Prof. Mills ahead of me during the 2008 State Awards. I know for sure that Kufuor was the cause of my defeat in 2008, all because he has always entertained the fear that I would be a better president than him. Kufuor sees himself as the most important personality in the UP Tradition something I believe he does not deserve. I would use my position as the executive president and set up a Commission of Inquiry to unravel the mystery behind the sale of Ghana Telecom in 2008. Yes, I will prosecute him based on my conviction as an incorruptible leader. Nana Addo continued that, he would start the cleaning exercise from his own NPP camp before he descends on the NDC members, especially Alfred Woyomy. My recent acknowledgement of Kufuors support to my presidential campaigns was a camouflage, because deep in my heart, I have never liked the man. Nana Addo urged the supporters to remain calm and vote massively for him in the upcoming NPP primaries and presidential elections. He thanked them and assured them that, if even he won the presidency and died the following day, he would happy. ........Signed.........
