I wonder how many of you really quietly listen to this song? I am studying and seating here thinking of how blessed I am for so many things and none of them have to do with monetary. I look over pictures of my Journey and how far I have come and where I plan to continue to go with my goals. And the funny thing is everyone of you have it in you to be The Best That you are suppose to be. All it takes is one decision to Believe that you are worth it. I wanted to feel better, I did not want to see my tummy touch the ground every time I did a pushup, I wanted to get better as I got older, No more being tired, No more wearing Black to cover up my weight, No more saying no to my children when they wanted to do something. No More No More I decided yes Why Not me. The Journey is real it is not just about losing weight, you discover a New Person that you have hidden this whole time. You will have ups and downs through your journey but they will help you to Push forward when the days are hard. I pray that many of you listen to the words of this song and discover a New Strength within you that you never knew possible until you decided Yes Me! Please Share......
