I wonder when Ford will start producing hybrid full size pickups? It seems like a good idea as a pickup should have lots of space for batteries compared to a sedan (think in or under the bed), and the Ford F-Series is already the most popular vehicle in 2013, so imagine if it could get 30 MPG HWY without sacrificing utility. I sure there would be a market, even if it cost a few thousand dollars extra, since there are certainly lots of people who would like to be "Ford Tough" but also need to save at the gas pump.
