I would just like to say a big thank you to Ingoldmells Caravan Let for making my daughter and her little boys 4 night stay in her lovely van an unforgettable experience. An even bigger thank you for withholding her £50 refundable deposit for the imaginary pots left in the sink and the re hovering and not to mention underwear under the bed, The van was checked by her cleaner, (who just happens to be her friend) and passed as ok. Bank details passed to her for refundable deposit but the next day the cleaner/friend just happened to have got the vans mixed up, so no deposit refunded. I have asked for pictures but she has ignored my request. I read a couple of weeks ago she did the same to another lady, withheld her deposit saying she had not left the van as she found it. It was too late for me to cancel, the £250 had been paid in full. Please also note that you are able to take dogs in her van for a charge of £25, to allow for a deep clean. What clean can you do then for £50! Well Julie Pick I am sure for the deposits you are scamming out of decent people with your lies, you will soon be on your way to owning a fleet of caravans. Please if you rent a van make sure you take pictures before you leave, its just a shame my daughter didnt.
