I would like to share my comment given as follows on the item at: https://en-maktoob.news.yahoo/memorial-brings-recognition-irans-jewish-martyrs-201921252.html The Islamic Iran is trying to act according to the rational tenets of the holy Quran, and in this holy books, those who believed in the previous messengers are all talked about and narrated as Muslims. Besides, in some instances, the Quran so clearly expresses that: ان الذین آمنوا والذین هادو والنصاری والصابیین من آمن بالله والیوم الاخر وعمل صالحا فلهم اجرهم عند ربهم ولا خوف علیهم ولا هم یحزنون Surely those who believe and those who are Jews, and the Christians and the Sabians (in fact) anyone who believe in God and the Last Day and does good shall have their rewards from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve. (The Qur’an, chapter 2, verse62). But, unfortunately, the hegemonic and despotic secular West is truly concerned about the so-called fake democracy of the West’s losing ground to the all inclusive rational and humane rules of the Quran. Thus, organizing and provoking the lay Muslims to discredit the Quran universally through such heinous acts as are being committed by the illegitimate brainchild of the West, the jihadists. But God emphatically has promised that He has revealed the Quran, and certainly He will safeguard it!
