I would like to take a minute to thank everyone who volunteers in hospitals - if its working, visiting the sick, acting as liaisons or singing. You make a difference and your time and/or talents are appreciated!! Today I found that singing in the hospital waiting room is therapeutic. The eerie quite can be quite nerve wrecking and so can annoying ringtones and high pitched voices. Chats with family & friends are comforting. Work can be a convenient distraction. And it was nice to hear joyful singing.
