IM FUMING!! Ive mentioned before that I have had a wire going from my outside A/C all the way through the bedroom, to the box in my closet. Well, its been running now for two weeks, so I was afraid to say anything about it - the guy said he would be back with yet another part. Well, the blinds are half way up, under my black out curtain, and curtains. The little violation guy that walks around, had the NERVE to leave a 75.00 fee notice - for having broken blinds in the bedroom!!!! with 3 explanation points. Of course, they do this AFTER the office closes. I cant hold back any longer, I WILL tell its not broken bc its raised halfway! AND there is a fire/trip hazard that I could sue them over. How does a person not see that the blinds are just up half way. This is the 5th new manager since Ive been here. I personally went in to the office, to hand write out work orders for a leak under the kitchen sink, and water pockets starting above my shower. Then all of a sudden I get this notice!! Im flippn maddddddd!!!!!! :{
