***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT PLEASE READ*** Due to circumstances beyond our control we regret to inform you that this year’s Rockin’ The Park event has been cancelled. We are extremely disappointed that we have had to make this difficult decision and we appreciate your patience & support whilst we co-ordinate full refunds for every person who purchased a ticket. Please see full details below regarding refunds as this differs depending on where you purchased your tickets from. If you purchased from our online box office (Eventbrite) your refund has already been initiated. They have informed us that this could take 3-5 working days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by Friday 6th September please contact them directly on 0207 067 1881. If you have any difficulties at all please contact us directly by emailing [email protected] and we will ensure any issues with refunds are rectified. If you purchased from the Capitol Theatre you should expect to receive an email from them with instructions on how to receive your refund. You may also contact them on 01403 750 220 where they will be happy to complete your refund straight away. If you purchased from Horsham Sports Club (formerly Horsham Cricket Club) please contact them on 01403 254 628 where they will be happy to arrange your refund. If you purchased directly from the Rockin’ The Park team or from our Carfax box office please contact the person you purchased from directly or email [email protected] where someone will reply with details on how to obtain your refund. If you purchased from Coco’s Style please drop in and see them where they will be happy to offer a full refund. We have been informed by Horsham Sports Club that there will still be an event over the weekend bringing you a fantastic line-up of artists and we have agreed to link you to their event page as soon as they have finalised the details. They have informed us that entry will be £5 payable on the gate each day and that Under 11’s will have free entry. We have passed over details of all our vendors (arts & crafts, food outlets, stalls etc.)and they will endeavour to keep as many of them as possible for the day. We fully understand the disappointment with the cancellation of yet another Horsham event. Please show your full support for the Sports Club and the event that will be going ahead to ensure that next year event organisers can bounce back with a selection of fantastic music events throughout the year.
