Responsible for determining most efficient ways to create a product or service. Duties include applying statistical methods and mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards to include capacity loading and planning, establishing management control systems for cost analysis and optimal budget planning, overseeing the plant incentive systems and working with Department Supervisors, Management, and Plant Engineering to identify overall efficiency improvements of plant operations. College degree (2 or 4 years) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Candidate must have positive attitude, strong personal skills and be very team-oriented, and be medically cleared to work in a safety-sensitive work environment.
