I said that they were slain by his Republican Guard. They were murdered by his Tiger Batailion and his security. Kiir is the C-I-C of the President of the Republic and the C-I-C of the SPLA. For this reason, he carries the political responsibility. It is not enough for him to say, that he has not given orders for his army to kill his citizens and voters. The ICC is after Beshir, not because he personally killed someone in Darfur. It is his army and his Janjaweed, which committed atrocities in Darfur. For that reason, he is politically responsible. You have not yet got my point. The South Sudan of 2013 is not the South Sudan of 1991. Kiir of 2013 is a President of the Republic. 1991 we were not independent and Machar was not Vice President. During the war and before our independece, many atrocities were committed by our Commanders against our own people. We saw this against the Gajak, against Taposas and in Bor. If we want to bring all these commanders accountability, let us do it, but not selectively. We can not keep on talking about the massacre of 1991 and ignore the massacre of Juba and the other massacres that happened after 1991. He who talks about 1991 and ignore the rest, is not serious.
