ISO a functional PET FRIENDLY rental house less than a 15 minute drive from Mansfield (must be rental; cant buy yet). Im a married MU professor who is parent to four dogs (three of which are 10+ years old), but no kids. We have reference letters from four previous landlords to establish that our dogs dont damage houses. Pets are non-negotiable -- they are our kids! Must have: At least one bedroom, at least one toilet, a functioning kitchen, permission to garden and raise chickens on the land, and up-to-code plumbing/sewage/gas/electric. Prefer: Two toilets (1.5 bath+), privacy, some acreage, permission to install temporary fence for the dogs, washer-dryer hook ups, kitchen appliances provided (fridge, range, DW). Appearance, age, aesthetics, style of house DO NOT matter. We dont care if your rental looks like a complete dump when you rent it to us, as long as its structurally and functionally sound, and the utilities all work correctly. Size of home also DOES NOT MATTER -- were a couple, no kids. Will pay up to $1200 monthly (plus utils) for the right place. Were able to start renting a place as early as June 15. Comments are fine; no DM necessary.
