IT Business Analyst – Front-office Applications Vodafone Magyarország Zrt. IT Business Analyst munkatársat keres. Role purpose Understands business requirements and processes and also act as technical owner of a set of applications in the area of Vodafone Hungary’s Front-office application portfolio (Retail & Online systems); has ultimate source of technical competence in his fields and assures the continuous and secure development and configuration of these systems with the support of the external parties. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of high level technical proposal and provide expertise into the various areas of solution architecture and give direct support to the account management structure Understand the business needs and implications of new services and translate them into detailed IT requirements Negotiate functional and technical feasibility of requirements with systems suppliers, developers and/or other third parties Provide estimate regarding quotations, resource needs and feasible delivery dates Make sure that the technical concepts fit into the existing and target Vodafone Hungary’s IT architecture Lead the delivery of tasks, enhancements and IT Development projects (in accordance with the valid project management methodology) Manage the end to end project delivery as per the valid project methodology (including IT and business implementation as well) ensuring the project achieves its objectives with approved scope, within agreed timeframes and budgets Assures timely and precise reporting of the project data as per the valid reporting rules Perform the implementation of new configuration data into the system Provide test audit function for development projects Review and approve vendors’ proposals and quotations Responsible for the control of the budget spending related to his/her projects Support the work of the Chief Architect Understands and has deep knowledge about the Vodafone Global Architecture and Application proposals Continuously improve his/her competence and technological knowledge in his/her area Participate in the process development work by providing improvement proposals Requirements · IT or Telco specific university degree · At least 4 years working experience · At least 2 years of experience in IT development industry · Experience of project management is an advantage · IT Systems / Software development lifecycle involved testing knowledge is required · Experience with Online technologies (eg.: J2EE, Open SSO, Oracle AM, Liferay Portal) is an advantage · Inbound and Outbound Campaign Management solutions experience is an advantage · Experience with SalesForce product portfolio is an advantage Budapest Jelentkezés, részletek: bit.ly/1wTj54M
