Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades. Act as first line of support for providing technical assistance and support for RIH employees. Test, deploy and train end users on internally developed software applications. End-to-end problem resolution for desktop, Laptop, Troubleshoot the network services Perform Data backup and security policies implementation of client terminals. Ensure accurate allocation of information technology assets. Ensure smooth operations by minimizing down time. Control end users access to information resources. Propose solutions to increase efficiency in relation to technical support operations. Adhere to set of processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence. Qualifications • has suitable bachelor degree (preferred computer science) • Must be Male. • experience about 3 years in similar position • Very Good PC and Network skills • Good communication skills • Patient and intelligent to solve problems • Working under pressure • Age not more 32 Gender Any Car owner Any Education major Computer Science Experience 3 - 5 Years.
