At the other end of the scale, this type of insider fraud might involve organised crime groups infiltrating organisations to take advantage of poor processes and inadequate internal systems or any audits and controls . Like · More · Dec 27, 2014 Bobita Sinha Anil Sinha, This is what he plays from inside to gain popularity by paying all his touts so that gets hold of the other organisations which underpalys him SILCHAR, September 1: A local court in a judgment to a case regarding the disputes between the two groups claiming to be Mahasabhas has restrained the rival group from using the nomenclature of Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha till the final verdict of the case is given. This was informed by the members of Dr Deben Sinha’s group while addressing a press meet held here today. Dubbing the newly formed Mahasabha under the presidentship of Bireshwar Sinha as “illegal”, they said that Deben Sinha led Mahasabha is the legal one. They pointed out that the rival group further made an appeal to the higher court which has directed to maintain the status quo. Chandrakant Sinha, central organizing secretary, told the reporters that Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha presently led by Dr Deben Sinha was formed in 1932 and thus it was the legal one. He added that a group of people suddenly convened a workers’ meet in 2011 without informing the president and other office bearers of Mahasabha, breaching its constitution. Later, a new organization was formed named Samaj Suraksha Samiti which convened a national convention in 2012 and formed an organization with the name of Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha, claiming to be the original Mahasabha. Chandrakanta Sinha added to say that they had requested the rival group to sit for a meet and resolve the problem. Initially though they agreed but later they did not turn up to the meeting, he added. Today, they also brought into the focus the unprecedented corruption by the office bearers of Bishnupriya Manipuri Development Council. Swapan Kumar Sinha, Assam State general secretary, said that they had come to know recently that trucks were distributed to the people from the Council by taking an amount of Rs 1.5 lakh from the beneficiaries. He added that the Council was formed to extend help to the financially weaker sections of the society. “The person who can buy a truck by depositing around Rs 1.5 lakh as security can never be financially weak,” he added.
