Id like to say a huge thank you to Lindsay Ball for all her effort into making our Spring Equinox afternoon a beautiful, inspiring and uplifting time together yesterday and an even bigger thank you to everyone who donated to our cause of supporting those with post traumatic stress, primarily from war trauma but of course not exclusively as we are all affected by trauma throughout our lives. Its just a part of challenges that we walk as human beings experiencing life on planet earth. How we choose to manage and deal with these challenges makes the difference as to how we feel and the enjoyment of our lives after experiencing grief, bereavement and trauma. So thank you to everyone who joined us, you know who you are, whether in person or just with intention. We raised £50 from the donations and will put that towards our next support and sharing day. Lovely to see you Corinne Price and thank you for travelling so far to join us. Sending and sharing the love thru Rose energy from our celebration, have a lovely weekend fb friends xxx
