Id like to start the Challenge this Saturday the 11th at 11:30am. If you guys can let me know what shake flavor you would like I can make sure that I have it so that way I can give it to you at the initial weigh in. If we have a HUGE turnout and I dont have enough shakes on hand we can move the start date off a week but Id like to keep it the 11th though so we can get a second challenge in BEFORE we all go on Thanksgiving break. Lets get ourselves on healthy paths so we can be strong come the Holidays!! So PLEASE LET ME KNOW NOW WHAT SHAKE FLAVOR YOU WOULD LIKE IF YOU PLAN ON JOINING US ON THIS 21 DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE. SPREAD THE WORD. EVERYONE IS INVITED! THE MORE PARTICIPANTS, THE MORE MONEY GOES IN THE POT AND TWO HARD WORKERS WILL BE AWARDED NOT ONLY WITH INCHES LOST, BUT A NICE CHUNK OF CHANGE FOR THEIR HARDWORK AND DETERMINATION!!!
