Id never begin to question the will of my Father. Nor would I - TopicsExpress

Id never begin to question the will of my Father. Nor would I question His divine purpose or the choices He makes. But I do take note of hands that are dealt to people. I see people like my sister work tirelessly to support her family, working all hours in terrible conditions for pay that is sub par at best. She works herself to the bone, and yet betterment is always just barely out of reach. And I see others who barely work at all, have little to no responsibility, and yet complain when theyve broken their third iphone (seriously, buy an otterbox for pitysake). It makes me ponder how fortunate I am. How fortunate I have been- how immensely blessed I have been in my own life- to have been surrounded by people like Michelle Smith and Patrick White who took me in so that I could continue to pursue my dreams. And people like Paul Burke, David Riall, Paul Stone, Grace Kling, Terry Sanford, Sherrie Tucker Taggart, Reed Allison, James Marler, Sarah Pearson, Joyce Day Tucker Trabue, Libby Greer Brashier, Michelle Witt Folks, Ernie Jackson, Marge Jackson, Eric Miralles, Robert Marsden, Amei Luffman, Rusty Munger, Judy Munger Weinmann, Lora Ogden, John Fava, Chris Phillips, and SO SO SO SO SO many other people who donated their time, their talents, their energies, their free nights, their weekends, time away from their families, their friends, their LIVES, under the banner of CDE. Maybe they did it because a friend was involved, or maybe they only did it because their child was involved, or maybe it was because they were bored and wanted something to do. Whatever the reason, my Father sent them to me to help me fulfill my dreams. Ive been blessed with friends like these and SO many more that I have not listed. With Paul and Rustys help, Im slowly making my mothers house livable again. With Paul and Jay Craigs help, Im moving toward buying the home of my dreams (though Jay says they house is about to collapse and is begging me to let him sell me a house that is actually habitable for something other than bats and rats). I have fantastic spiritual guidance from Pastor Tom Hancock and Father Hugh Jones- my blessings are simply innumerable. My, oh my, how I have been blessed. How we all have been blessed. Father, let me never take it for granted. To those of you who I did not tag or name that have been with me at one point in time or another on this journey, supporting me in one fashion or another... know that you are loved and appreciated more than words- even if we dont see or speak to each other much, if at all, any more. To those of you who I have tagged, whether I saw you yesterday, or havent worked with you in years: From the bottom of my heart, thank you for allowing yourselves to be a blessing to me, to my company, and to this family. You may not have changed the whole world- buy youve certainly impacted mine. I love you all.
