Ideal Staffing Group is seeking a Temporary Enrollment Coordinator for our client in Cambridge. Overview Conduct the enrollment process for our professional education programs at Programs in Professional Education (PPE). This is a detail-oriented role with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and enrolled participants across our PreK–12 and Higher Education professional education programs • Execute general admissions and enrollment responsibilities as needed • Return phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive participant experience and maximize enrollment • Work within Certain, our online event registration and management platform: o Track and maintain inquiries, registrations, and send out admissions letters and other participant communication as needed o Maintain privacy of data and follow appropriate governmental and/or Harvard reporting requirements, guidelines, regulations and procedures related to collecting and reporting on student data as appropriate o Assure the integrity of the enrollment process and participant information database and provide accurate reports on inquires, enrollments, and leads impacting the overall business operations of PPE Qualifications • Bachelors degree • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Friendly and able to establish and maintain effective relationships with participants, peers, supervisors, faculty, and staff • Ability to work independently and to set and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Ability to take initiative to investigate and resolve enrollment and student reporting matters • Experience in customer service, data management and/or student services • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook • Experience working in online CRM, survey, or event management systems such as Certain, Salesforce, Talisma, or Qualtrics • Experience serving a broad range of clients in academic environments Please submit resumes to nancy@idealstaffinggroup
