Choose activities you like. 2.You don’t need to get all your exercise at one time. 10 min morning, noon and night can give much of the same benefit as 30 min all at once. 3. Exercise with a friend to keep you motivated. 4. Use the stairs instead of elevators whenever possible. 5. Monitoring the amount of activity you get each day will help to make you more accountable. 6. Set short-term goals—and reward yourself for achieving them.
