If I had a daughter... Looking at the young ladies today, I cant help but romanticize about, if I had a daughter, what I would want to teach her most fervently. Relatively, I think I would focus on delineating between being beautiful in Style as opposed to being so in Design. The difference between style and design is as follows: Style, is how something looks, whereas, Design speaks to how something works; its depth. In my opinion, beauty in Design is so much more desirable than Style, and requires a lot more work. Beauty in Style, without commensurate Design is an utter letdown to any Man looking for substantive conversation after physical gymnastics. So, those of you who are blessed to be honing young ladies for insertion into society, regardless of how beautiful she is - make sure she understands that beauty is fleeting but beautiful Design ages with elegance and poise - and is timeless...
