If anyone has any, or knows anyone on a personal level, thats has any Rental property in Elizabethtown Ky area, please let me know. This would be for my son Jacob. I would like for him to get a good place/deal. If it needs fixing up a bit, we can do that for the right deal. Or a fair price on a descent place. But would like to hear about any possibilities. Anyone who knows my son personally, can/would vouch for him being mature/responsible. We raised him right. If anything did need repaired. This is what I do for a living. I would personally assure you, the place would be better than it was before being rented. Also, he may get a teenager type job now. My job is not as cool, as working in the mall or something lol. But he always has work with me, if he needs it. Of course he will need a roommate to help offset the cost. But his roommate has renters background. So the property would be in good hands.
