If everyone is really pushing for Feminism - meaning gender equality rather than Pro Women, then women need to stop expecting men to grab the check and take care of them. That sort of expectation makes women seem like they lack self-sufficiency and are disrespectful to themselves. Before you go saying well its the gentlemanly and honorable thing to do, no this is 2014 and you want social change so other things must change as well to facilitate that transition to a new way of thinking. You may want to have your cake and eat it too, but you cant.
