If my understanding of IS is correct and they want an Islamic State with Sharia law and a life lived to the letter of Islam then why not give it to them why not allow them to create one but lets ban all travel from it. Dont accept any flights boats etc and do not buy any international flight paths. Cut all trade ties let them become self sufficient. Close the borders to them. Once youre in you stay in. Starve them of any economic growth through whatever means necessary ..... If you give them what they want surely they will stop their current acts of terrorism. Divert a child attention from their paddy fit and they stop paddying. Seems quite logical to me. Either that or bomb the bastards into extinction.
