If not me, who? If not now, when. Pretty poignantly phrased. Still, in our local-more-macro context I find that its even a tougher fight for women to Break through religion and cultural customs. Certain girls cant do, certain male-only can do roles are tough to break. However, I do agree that micro-lly there is more that a family can do to unsure that both girls and boys are valued equally for whom they are. I love to have many daughter and as many sons too. And I also stand for fathers having the same childcare benefits as mothers! (Also in some form of Maternity (paternity to be exact) Leave too, so that fathers can tend to both baby and wife!) I AM MISSING MY GENDER STUDIES MOD.
