If one more person comes through my line with a MK, Gucci, or Coach purse and swipes that food stamp card later today when I go to work, I swear Im going to lose it. 42 million people in this country have that card with whatever amount and 92 million people file unemployment. That means 1/3 of our country doesnt work and half of them are supported by those who do work and I guarantee they eat better than those who give it their all every day to survive and REFUSE to be on welfare. This lady and her younger daughter stood in front of me the other day and when she said EBT shamefully might I add, her daughter asked her Whats EBT? Is that like debit? Yea we are in for it for sure. Lesson for the day is simple....welfare better be your last option and I have three kids to feed is not an excuse. Make smarter choices so someone else doesnt have to pick up your tab when you go to the grocery store.
