If the children of the countrymen are not the responsibilty of the country then the country is also not responsibility of the children of the country men. Education, housing, medical treatment and retirement pension are the basic rights of the people of a country; if they are not getting them, be sure that the government is not a government of that nation rather it is just a mafia group collecting extortion money under the name of taxes and laws.
