If there are any Coquitlam residents who forgot to pay their property taxes and/or apply for their homeowner grant (the bottom of the property tax form), they still have one hour to avoid penalties and still qualify for the grant. There is a dropoff mail chute beneath City Hall (ground floor adjacent to the visitors parking area). The mail gets emptied every morning at 8 am, but Im not supposed to tell you that theres no way for us to know if someone decides to cheat and slip something in at 7 am. I trust you. So, remember, midnights the deadline. ;-)
