After a 5 minute warm up pick a set of Dumbbells about 60% of your maximum. Michelle used 2 x 5kgs. These dont leave your hands except for the sprint at the end!! 10 walking lunges 5 weighted Burpees(no jump) 10 walking lunges 5 weighted Burpees 15 DB bent over rows 5 weighted Burpees 10 push ups 1 minute sprint on treadmill/bike/rower-going all out a maximum capacity!! All this 5-6 times.
