If you are trying to lose weight do not trust the scale. It lies. It can measure your weight, but not your fat loss. Weight will fluctuate even when you are oxidizing fat. Better to say blasting fat away. I have trusted my chart for 15 years. A smiley face represents a holiday. This means I ate whatever I wanted to eat without regret or guilt. A check mark means I ate according to the Shibboleth plan. FIRE means I am burning fat efficiently. The dreaded devil face means I have had more than 6 holidays in one month and need to call for a Mayday.
