If you know me, even a little, you know I teach bold integrity and personal self care related to our journeys on the planet. So I am bringing that to you in this moment.....walking my talk. I need to cancel tomorrows schedule with Cosmic Connections because I am in a place that requires that I give self care to ME! I am in the midst of a Deep Frequency Detox and need to focus my energy to support my personal transformation.
