If you were thinking of going to Stonebriar Chevrolet this weekend - TopicsExpress

If you were thinking of going to Stonebriar Chevrolet this weekend to buy a vehicle avoid it like the plague. I am in complete shock on how late they cover their mistakes and lie to your face and then when you need to bring it back in for them to fix what they said they were going to you give it back and its really not fixed. Every Time I went and telling them since the new engine was put in its been leaking oil. They always tell me that the place I had oil changed like to short people on oil...which those same places never did our other cars that way and refused to walk out and look I I went in so many times that Marcus rolled his eyes at me when he saw me coming up and before I could speak would say you dont have it well late on a new engine then today they have it in there because they didnt plug the sensor for the coolant when they replaced the engine, so when it overheated I had no warning except someone telling me my radiator was leaking at Sonic no less. because the last 9 to 10 months stonebriar has been so ridiculously incompetent we had the van go to Firestone where we taken it since we got it and they always been upfront and honest they wrote down everything that was wrong when it arrived before running diagnostics just what they could see with the human eye... Placed the coolant seal plug back in and told us to take it back over to Chevrolet with the list of things they hadnt fixed besides the oil leak we also had an electrical things done because I didnt plug-in gauges and they didnt fix the locks so only two doors work out of five. They had the audacity today to tell us that Firestone caused the damage but its been leaking since the day we took it off the lot it has gone back several times where at first they left it all then the eye rolling started my van only had 2 quarts of oil in it when it was check in at Firestone so if you want someone thats going to lie cheat and basically steal a $6000 Engine from you and inform you its not under warranty. Although the engine has a 100,000 mile warranty. They can void warranty for just about anything they want. STONEBRIAR CHEVROLET ON 121/Sam Rayburn is not a place if buy a vehicle, and think they will uphold a warranty. They were to lazy for me to show them the leak, so to think they might correctly repair something, just cant do it! To get a new key they said it was a 2-3 hour wait.
